Returns & Exchanges

Since each bag is hand created, and our Artisan Threaders are paid on commission when their bags sell, Peace of Thread does not offer returns at this time.

In regards to quality issues with the bags, we will be happy to address issues and make repairs as needed within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@peaceofthread.com. Shipping and handling is paid by Peace of Thread, Inc.

After 30 days up to 3 months, if a client needs to send their bags for repair, the price for repair will be handled on a case by case basis. Both repair costs and shipping will be covered by the customer.

We stand behind the quality of our bags, and each bag is hand made and hand inspected before being sold.

Shipping Methods

Domestic (USA) Shipping and Delivery:

Unless otherwise noted most U.S. orders ship between 5-7 business days via USPS.  

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. Peace of Thread cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters, custom clearances in given countries or general delays within the corporate USPS or UPS systems.

Peace of Thread is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Peace of Thread is not responsible for items damaged during shipping or upon opening.

Should an incorrect item have been shipped in error, please notify us within five business days of receipt. Should an item be received damaged, please notify us directly within five business days of receipt.
 

International Shipping and Delivery:

Peace of Thread is based in the USA and ships USPS internationally to all countries. International delivery timing varies and is subject to custom clearances and various postal services in any given country. Accordingly, Peace of Thread is not responsible for international customs clearances and international postal service timings and availabilities. Peace of Thread is not able to control customs duties and taxes charged by a given country. International duties, taxes and any costs for entering a country are the customer's responsibility.
